Here at Hope House Foundation, our goal is to help women who have suffered situational homelessness, whether it’s due to illness, losing a job, or otherwise. We provide them with a place to stay until they can regain their footing in life. We accept charitable donations of all different sorts. You can donate in the form of monetary donations, material donations, or volunteer work. Here are a few ways that your charitable donations are used.
- Housing for the homeless: We can use monetary donations to help afford and maintain housing for homeless women and children who need a place to stay until they can become self-sufficient once more. We can also use charitable donations to help these women find affordable housing programs and options.
- Supplies for women in need: We can also use your donations to provide supplies and resources for women in need. This might include food, clothing, medical supplies, and resources they can use for mental health and finding a job.
- Skill building for better self-sufficiency: If your charitable donations are in the form of donating your time and expertise, you can help us teach important job or life skills to our guests to help them gain more self-sufficiency. That way, they can get the skills they need to find and maintain a job and avoid homelessness in the future.
