We serve women and children in the Charlotte, North Carolina community who are facing homelessness due to job loss, illness, or a major life change. Through our transitional housing, these women and their children have a safe place to stay temporarily while they get back on their feet. We offer more than just a roof over their heads as well. Our housing support program offers the women staying in our transitional housing coaching, job skills training, affordable housing placement, and other services that help them to move forward with independence and hope.
None of what we do is possible without the generous non-profit donations made by members of the community. These donations provide the funds for our organization to provide women and children with their basic needs, housing, and other services.
